Try Crossfit

Lately for a change, I’ve been joining my fiancé and his workout partner in their CrossFit workouts. I’ve seen them do it before and the challenge of the workout wasn’t really obvious to me before I actually tried it. CrossFit is a full-body smoker and offers a variety of different workouts in one to keep you interested and challenged. Their website features a new workout each day, ‘the workout of the day’ so there’s always a plan to follow. I put together an introductory video to give people who have never done it an overview of CrossFit workouts. Below is the workout routine the boys did last Sunday in the video. The video is only bits and pieces of this long brutal routine. We broke it up into circuit stations with 2 or three exercises at each station and we would rotate after each person would finish a set. I jumped in with them a few times when I wasn’t filming, altering the weights according to what I could handle (they’re much bigger and stronger than me). It’s a lot a exercises all wrapped up in this one workout, and we didn’t get through all of them. We did about half of the whole thing, so feel free to break it up according to what you can handle as well.
