As we get further and further into the semester, the school workload is getting busier. You may not always have time to make it to the gym. And it’s way easy to use homework or a ton of other things as an excuse not to go. If you have a plan though, it’s a lot easier to stick to a steady workout schedule. Below is a simple daily workout you can follow that you can do anywhere. It doesn’t take much time or require any special equipment. To make it fun, you can time yourself doing the planned workout for each day, then time yourself each day the next week to see how much faster you’ve gotten. If you consistently follow this workout for a few weeks, your time should get faster as you get stronger.
